The website is comprehensive and easy to navigate round, swatch samples arrived quickly and once the order was placed delivery time was very good. Delivery process broke down a bit as no text received the evening prior to delivery so I didn’t know if it was going to be morning or afternoon, rang customer service who said I would be called an hour before delivery, that also didn’t happen. The sofas look amazing and I love them.
