The order process was very good and there was good communication regarding delivery. The delivery service was excellent even during lockdown, delivering to the rear of our house and delivering just inside. The sofa is exactly what we expected. It is not of the highest quality but extremely good value for money. It is well made and comfortable. I am very happy that I have a great product at a really good price.
