Description CAST IRON HOOK    CAST IRON HOOK  dimension Back plate 1.5″ x 1.5″ total height from bottom hook to top – 6″ Projection of top hook – 4.5″ Projection of bottom hook – 2.75″ screws provided Our rustic heavy coat hook is cast in heavy duty iron with a ANTIQUE IRON FINISH finish. Antique finish is a grey pewter colour, these hooks are made from case Iron Exposure to moisture or high humidity the Cast Iron is susceptible to rust , in cases where the bracket may be exposed to moisture we recommend applying a suitable finish such as lacquer or varnish and oiling will also provide a level of protection. Please note if you are placing damp /wet items i.e towels directly onto the hooks as above they are susceptible to rusting – please apply appropriate protection These vintage hooks are sturdy hooks. . A classic  cottage style look for the home. Fixing screws are provided.   Our cast iron coat hooks are all hand forged. So though similar will not be identical. Each piece is hand finished and  are carefully aged for an authentic look. We have had to source a good foundry to make this hook for us. We use a small foundry that make these for us. The skilled blacksmiths  work here are very creative and dedicated to the products they create . There expertise and dedication are evident   when you see their finished work. The hooks are hand cast and hand cleaned and finished. When you receive your delivery you will have the correct amount of fixing screws included to enable you to install your hook correctly.
